We are endebted to individuals and organisations who have been generous in making donations to the trust.
The Shaftesbury Charitable Trust donated £300 to help cover tree works. This covered the cost of our November 2013 tree report and has left us with a contribution towards some dead-wooding work.
Allotment holder David Luck has been very kind to donate a 4-stroke petrol lawn mower to the allotments. This will greatly help to reduce our "extraordinary" costs this year.
Sue Adams Lingwood and Louise Plumridge of Shaftesbury Task Force applied to the Big Lottery fund for a £1,000 grant, which we were awarded for 2015.
Sue Adams Lingwood and Louise Plumridge of Shaftesbury Task Force applied to the Big Lottery fund for a £1,277.04 grant, which we were awarded for 2016.
CAF bank fees are being covered by a voluntary contribution, while the new NatWest bank account is being set up and CAF Bank account closed. We have received two £75 donations from Seseit Ltd: one to cover the CAF Bank charges and the other to help the new account set-up.
Over past years there have been several individual contributions to the trust, which have been a great help to us.
Many thanks to our donors with special thanks to the Big Lottery Fund!
