General meetings are held annually, conventionally on the first Thursday of March. Links on this page to minutes are password-protected. Allotment-holders should get in touch to request login details.
AGM March 2026
The 2026 AGM is slated for Thursday 5th March 2026. Location to be decided.
AGM March 2025
The 2025 AGM was held on Thursday 6th March 2025 at 6PM in The Anna McDowell Garden Room at The Gold Hill Museum. Minutes are available here. Agenda available here. Rent for next year (2026) is to be set at £28 per half allotment. A new Allotment Holders Policy was adopted for 2025. An ever-green agreement has been drafted, which references the online rent and policy pages with the expectation that changes are implicit in the agreement.

AGM March 2017
The AGM was on Thursday 2nd March 2017 at 6PM at The Town Hall. Minutes are available here. Rent was set at £20 per half allotment. Sadly this is expected to be our last year with Derek Beer as chairman of the trust; he intends to be stepping down in March 2018.
Trustees April 14th/18th 2016
A trustee only meeting was held at John Peel's. Minutes were taken by Sue Adams-Lingwood. They will be made available here as soon as they have been converted into a format suitable for the Internet.
AGM March 2016
The AGM was on Thursday 3rd March 2016 at 7PM at The Town Hall. Minutes are available here. Susan Lacey kindly took the minutes. Some edits to these minutes were requested by Sue Adams-Lingwood which were approved at the March 2017 AGM.
